The biggest announcement to come out of Salesforce this year’s Dreamforce is an artificial intelligence called “Einstein.”
What or who is Einstein?
Einstein is AI for Everyone. Artificial Intelligence requires making AI systems smarter, but it also requires preventing bugs. Einstein ensures that AI systems do what people actually wants it to do; With Einstein, Salesforce became smartest CRM in the world.
Einstein’s models will be automatically customized for every single customer, and it will learn, and get smarter with every interaction and an additional piece of data. Most importantly, Einstein’s intelligence will be embedded within the context of business, automatically discovering relevant insights, predicting future behavior, proactively recommending best next actions and even automating tasks now any company can deliver personalized, and predictive customer experiences with Salesforce Einstein. Salesforce Einstein has removed the complexity of AI.
The key Feature of Salesforce Einstein is that you don’t have to turn on anything, it’s embedded in your system.

Sales Cloud Einstein: The artificial intelligence in Sales Cloud Einstein is making this possible, now Sales Cloud Einstein will include predictive Lead scoring that enables sales reps to focus on closing the best leads, Opportunity insights that alert reps when a deal is trending up or down, and automated activity capture which seamlessly logs email and calendar activity with the right Salesforce record, and analyzes them to deliver predictions. Sales Cloud Einstein is building solutions that make AI accessible for everyone across the sales organization, for companies of all sizes. This makes people, teams and entire companies, better able to discover insights from data, recommend actions that help to close deals, automate processes that give reps more time to build relationships, and predict outcomes or hiccups that enable reps to be proactive and remain a step ahead of each customer’s needs and competitor’s potential attack. I’m excited to start experimenting with the feature.
Service Cloud Einstein: Service Cloud Einstein, companies of any size will be able to deploy a connected customer service experience that is predictive, automated and intelligent, bringing AI to the forefront of customer service like never before. The impact of Einstein across the entire Salesforce Customer Success Platform will include recommended case classification which automatically pre-populates key case fields, enabling predictive routing of cases to the right agent and enabling agents to resolve customer issues faster. With recommended responses service agents will be able to push the best response and predict the time needed to resolve an issue, helping improve agent productivity. Deliver proactive service by helping customers find their own answers and recommending the right content so service agents can solve cases faster.
Marketing and Analytics Cloud Einstein: Marketing and Analytics Cloud Einstein include predictive scoring which scores every customer’s likelihood to engage with an email, predictive audiences which build custom audience segments based on predicted behaviors, marketers create more personalized marketing campaigns by predicting what customers are likely to do next and recommending content and products based on audience preferences and channel.
It predicts wave apps that uncover future patterns for any business process, Smart data discovery that helps users find and explain insights from millions of data combinations in minutes, and automated Analytics which will automate and prioritize the next insight what users need to know.
The key challenge to developing automated analytics is to understand your data model, how it relates to customers, business processes, and automated send-time optimization which predicts the optimal time to deliver messages based on past customer behavior.
Commerce Cloud Einstein: Commerce Cloud Einstein includes personalize shopper experiences by recommending the right products and offers at the right time, to drive engagement, maximize conversions, and increase order value, where predictive sort will infuse personalized sort and search results based on likelihood to engage, and commerce insights that will help retailers understand product purchase correlation to power smarter merchandising and store planning. This offers brands web, mobile, social and in-store services, in addition to web-based customer relationship management services already offered by Salesforce.
Community Cloud Einstein: Einstein helps Community Cloud customers find exactly what they need illuminating the quickest path to the best information so they get answers fast to make whole community experience better. Einstein can even learn from your community engagement history to proactively make recommendations about content, helping you find the answer you’re looking for. Community Cloud Einstein also includes recommended experts, and topics to suggest posts, articles, experts and topic pages; automated service escalation which automatically creates a case in Service Cloud if customer posts do not receive a timely response; and newsfeed insights which highlight the most relevant and popular content in every feed. Personalize community experiences by recommending content, experts, and more for any customer question.
IoT Cloud Einstein: Sharon said, “These types of things will be enabled by machine learning, over time, and it will be powerful to see how people leverage insights from Einstein, IoT Cloud, and sensors,”
IoT Cloud Einstein will include Predictive Device Scoring which will score streaming data from connected IoT devices, recommends rules, and predicts the next best actions for service processes and marketing journeys based on the scoring of that device data, and Automated IoT Rules Optimization which will actively update the rules that govern how IoT data is managed.
